RUNNING CLUB

Come join our CDF Running Club (16 week program).

Our goal is to create a program that will serve YOUR person goal. If your goal is to run your first 5K, become a stronger runner, get prepared for September Southampton 1/2 marathon, or simply have a running schedule that will motivate you to always SHOW up!!!


This program will Include: a running schedule and unlimited communication with your coach. 

Program will run from May 30th - September 17th, contact us for more information.
