These feelings guide our core teachings at Carpe Diem Fitness, as we focus on helping clients achieve their personal goals with the support of their TEAM and Coach. Our goal is to educate, guide and support our clients in living an extraordinary and healthy life. Fitness is our PASSION, not just our job!

Owner
Rebeca moved to the USA from Brazil in 2005. From an early age, she was involved in various sports in Brazil and quickly discovered that her true passions were family, fitness, and living life to the fullest. Her deep care for others and drive to help people achieve their goals led her to pursue a lifelong journey of becoming the best coach she could be.
Rebeca studied Physical Education in college and further broadened her expertise by learning about anatomy, nutrition, and diverse fitness methods.
Her mission is to make Carpe Diem Fitness a welcoming place for everyone—a space where members feel like part of a family while working hard to achieve their personal goals.

Coach
Oscar has been coaching all his life. He has a very diverse back round, from teaching Zumba everywhere around the globe, to coaching weight-lifting, HIIIT classes and TRIBE. Oscar is always the life of the party - he is not only an amazing coach, but he has a fantastic attitude toward life! He adapts very well depending on his clients goals and personalities.

Coach
Ivette started her journey in the fitness industry back in 2012 and since then her passion for fitness has not stopped! She is both an educator and TRIBE coach, she currently work at the elementary school as a teachers Aide.
She loves training any age group and all fitness levels, Ivette is well known for her big smile and welcoming personality.
The reason she loves the fitness world so much is because it brings people together, whether it’s for physical or mental health or both.
Her goal as a coach is to provide a safe, healthy and friendly environment for everyone!

Coach
Tyler’s fitness journey began at the age of 20, when he struggled with weight loss and decided it was time for a change. Through boxing and weight training, he achieved his fitness goals, and his passion for health and fitness continued to grow. Over the next 15 years, Tyler expanded his knowledge by studying various martial arts, including kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Silat.
Whether working with children or older adults, Tyler is committed to making martial arts and self-defense accessible to everyone, offering practical movements in a fun, safe, and easy-to-understand way. He currently holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys stand-up comedy in his free time.

Handyman
Joey works at King Kullen since 1994. His fitness journey started in 2013 when he took his first Zumba class with his friend and coach Oscar Gonzalez. In 2015 he started taking TRIBE with Rebeca and Oscar at the Southampton Gym and realized that this was going to be his new lifestyle.
Joey joined our Carpe Diem Fitness family as soon as we opened (in 2020) helping with anything needed. From cleaning the studio, greeting clients, set up equipment and of course taking the sessions 😊. He loves the atmosphere, the coaches and the clients – is his home away from home.

Yoga Instructor
Belle was a multi-sport athlete in school and ran track at Dickinson College. She is passionate about the holistic benefits that movement, nutrition, and mindfulness can provide. In 2021, Belle began working at Mandala Yoga Studio for the Healing Arts, where she first discovered the transformative benefits of yoga.
With a B.A. in Studio Art from Dickinson, she developed an interest in anatomy and the human body as a muse for her abstract sculptural works. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Mandala Yoga Studio and an in-depth Anatomy course from YogaRenew, she began teaching Vinyasa yoga. Belle is excited to bring yoga to Carpe Diem Fitness.
Yoga combines mental focus, breathwork, strength, and mobility, bringing balance to any fitness journey and is accessible to all.
