At Carpe Diem Fitness, our certified coaches are dedicated to your health and wellness. Every step of your journey will be guided by an experienced and passionate coach, committed to helping you achieve the results you’re aiming for!

Personal Training Sessions:

  • 1 x 60-minute session: $150

  • 5-Pack: $650 ($130 per session)

  • 10-Pack: $1250 ($125 per session)

  • 1 x 30-minute session: $85

REBECA OLENDER

Rebeca Olender is deeply passionate about fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle—values we hold in high regard at Carpe Diem Fitness. Rebeca began her career as a Personal Trainer in 2002, starting at a studio in Brazil, where her journey in fitness began.

Her training style is versatile, working with clients ranging from 16 to 80 years old. She believes in the importance of training all aspects of fitness: Strength, Conditioning, Mobility, Flexibility, and Stability.
